Please read these terms and conditions carefully. This is a legal agreement between you and RS Laptop Care Solutions. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. GENERAL TERMS
- Â We reserve the right to modify the products, prices, and other content on www.rslaptopsolutions.com without prior notice.
- Â While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors, misinterpretations, or inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct such issues whenever identified.
- Â Product images are for representation purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

2. PRODUCT & PRICING
- Â Prices displayed on www.rslaptopsolutions.com are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of taxes.
- Â Prices may fluctuate frequently, and no price protection is offered on any product.
- Â All products have specific minimum and maximum order quantity limits, which must be adhered to.
- Â Products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that a product will always be in stock.

3. ORDER & PAYMENT
- Â Orders will only be processed after payment realization in favor of RS Laptop Care Solutions.
- Â Orders placed after 4:00 PM on working days may be scheduled for processing the next business day.
- Â All prices are quoted warehouse/store Jaipur. Freight charges will be applied at checkout based on shipment method, distance, weight, and dimensions.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Â A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
- Â We use standard shipping/courier companies that provide tracking numbers for all shipments.
- Â Shipments through transport services will be on a To Pay basis, with payment due upon delivery.
- Â For any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us.

5. WARRANTY, RETURN & REFUNDS
-  All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Please check the manufacturer’s website for warranty details.
- Â Warranty claims must be addressed directly to the manufacturer or their authorized service provider. Contact details are available on our homepage.
- Â Products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be reported and returned to us within 7 days of the billing date.
- Â Returns are not accepted after 7 days of billing. Returned products must be in good condition, fully packed, and free from any mishandling.
- Â Products ordered on a back-to-back basis (special orders) are not eligible for returns.
-  Once an order is placed and payment is completed, refund requests are not accepted.
6. COMPATIBILITY
- Â RS Laptop Care Solutions cannot guarantee the compatibility of any product for a specific purpose. Customers are advised to evaluate product compatibility before purchase.

- Â All sales are final. RS Laptop Care Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a product.
- Â All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
